By accessing and using the 7v7v platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before logging in for the first time. If you have any questions, contact our support team.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete legal agreement between you and 7v7v. The following are prerequisites for using the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older and able to verify your identity with a valid ID.
• You are not residing in a country where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• You are using this platform of your own free will and with full awareness.
• You are not operating this account on behalf of another person or any organization.

7v7v reserves the right to reject any account application without providing a reason, particularly where technical issues or security concerns are identified.

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering at 7v7v. If an account is created using false or incorrect information, 7v7v reserves the right to permanently close that account, and any winnings held in it may be forfeited.

Each user may operate only one account. 7v7v treats the creation of multiple accounts as a serious violation.

• Keeping your password secure is entirely your responsibility. Report any suspicious activity to us immediately.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be temporarily suspended beyond a certain limit until KYC verification is completed.
• The email address and phone number provided at registration will be used as the primary means of communication.

The minimum deposit at 7v7v is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Deposits are generally credited instantly, though delays may occasionally occur due to payment processor issues.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours for bKash and Nagad, and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• There is no daily withdrawal limit for KYC-verified accounts (limits may vary by VIP level).
• 7v7v does not charge any deposit fees. However, fees may be applied by the payment provider.
• If any transaction appears unusual, 7v7v may request additional documentation for verification.
• 7v7v is not responsible for market price fluctuations in the case of crypto payments.

7v7v offers a variety of bonuses and promotions, each with its own terms and rollover requirements. Please read the specific terms of any bonus carefully before claiming it.

A Few Important Points About Bonuses:

• Withdrawals from bonus balance are not permitted until the rollover requirement has been met.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is detected, 7v7v reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.

All betting activity on 7v7v is governed by specific rules. Please review the odds and conditions carefully before placing a bet, as confirmed bets generally cannot be changed.

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 7v7v reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• Any delay in bet processing during live betting due to internet disruption is the user's responsibility.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, stakes placed on that match will be refunded.
• Once the Cash Out feature is used, the final cashed-out amount is binding — no further claims will be accepted.
• The maximum stake per bet depends on your VIP level and the specific event.

7v7v's interpretation of any event or market shall be considered final. In the event of a dispute, 7v7v's decision is binding on all parties.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7v7v. Violations may result in permanent account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms for unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Multiple players colluding to gain an unfair advantage in casino games.
• Match Fixing Involvement: Betting based on match fixing or insider information.
• Software Manipulation: Use of bots, automation, or any form of technical manipulation.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Third-Party Funds: Placing bets in your own account using another person's funds.

Users who wish to close their account may submit a request to the support team. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. Once an account is voluntarily closed, any request to reopen it will be considered after 30 days.

7v7v may also close an account on its own initiative in the following circumstances:

• A serious breach of the Terms & Conditions.
• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Refusal to complete KYC verification.
• Due to legal obligations.

For inactive accounts, a maintenance fee of up to ৳200 per month may be charged after 12 months of inactivity. This fee will not apply if the account balance reaches zero.

7v7v always strives to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, however liability is limited for certain events:

• If a bet is cancelled or delayed due to internet disruption or third-party technical issues.
• Payment delays caused by a bank or mobile payment operator.
• If service is disrupted by force majeure events such as natural disasters or government directives.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.

7v7v is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business losses. The platform's total liability under any circumstance is limited to the amount held in the relevant account.
